Refund Policy

At **B Choudhary & Associates**, we strive for 100% client satisfaction in every Chartered Accountancy assignment.

1. Consultation Cancellation

If you cancel a paid consultation session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot, a 100% refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Statutory Filing & Government Fees

Government filing fees (MCA, GST portal, IP India, Stamp duty) paid directly to regulatory portals are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is initiated on official government gateways.

3. Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services can be terminated by providing a 30-day written notice. Fees for completed audit/filing work items are non-refundable.
