All professional engagements (Statutory Audit, Tax Filings, Virtual CFO, Company Registration) are governed by specific engagement letters issued in accordance with ICAI guidelines.

2. Client Responsibility for Data Accuracy

The client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful financial records, bank statements, and underlying vouchers required for statutory filings.

3. Fee Payment Terms

Professional fees for retainers and statutory return filings are payable as per agreed milestone schedules. Government statutory fees (MCA filing fee, IP India fee, Stamp duty) are payable in advance.
